Souza Construction is a family owned and operated company that builds fine custom homes in Elk City, Oklahoma and the surrounding area.  We have been building homes here since 1983.  In addition to custom homes, we also do homes for sale and light commercial construction.

Our Homes

Our homes range in size from 1400 square feet to over 5000 square feet.  Our average size home is in the 2000-2500 square foot range.  We use only the finest materials from local suppliers and all our our sub-contractors are local and well respected.

Working with Us

We work with several local banks.  This allows us to help buyers with all types of financing including both short term and long term secondary market loans with very competitive interest rates.

 

For those who find it necessary to work with a real estate company, we have a working relationship with every realtor in the area.
